Random question I've received on DAA (D-Aspartic Acid), should you supplement with DAA?
No I've made this mistake, basically D-Aspartic Acid is a waste of time if your diet includes plenty of high quality protein (eggs, milk, meat etc), the only people who are going to see any benefit from DAA are people who are deficient in it. Assuming you're eating at least 150 grams of high quality protein per day you're already getting all the DAA you need.
