My Supplement Routine
My current supplement recommendations (in order of importance IMO with timing preferences);
Vitamin D3 - 5000 iu per day - 1 x 1 daily (AM)
Vitamin C - 1500 mg per day - 500 mg each, 3 x 1 daily (Spread)
Desiccated Liver - 4827 mg per day - 713 mg each, 3 x 2 daily (Spread)
Creatine (Monohydrate) - 10 g per day - 5 g each, 2 x 1 daily (AM & Post)
Zinc - 20mg per day - 20 mg each, 1 x 1 daily (PM)
Magnesium (Amino Acid Chelated) - 450 mg - 1 x 3 daily (PM)
Vitamin K - 5mg per week - 5mg each, 1 x 1 weekly (Anytime)
Keep your supplements in the fridge to reduce the oxidation of the supplements, the only exception to this is Creatine.
