Training Factors

There are lots of factors with training, several I believe are very important are -

High Volume
High Frequency
High Intensity
Moderate Repetition Range (Weight)
Training To/Near Failure

How do I sum the above into a sentence?

Pick a suitable intensity (% of 1RM, or rep range etc) and then train with as much weekly volume
as you can handle from while spreading your weekly volume over as many sessions as
possible/practical.
