Weight Increase Frustration
Random question I've received on increasing weight, simplified, I'm struggling to increase my
weight on some isolation exercises and feel like I've plateaued?
Don't worry about it, especially with isolation exercises, think about the weight increase your actually attempting, so your stuck at 20 kg on curls, increasing the weight to say 25 kg is a weight increase of 25%, it's normal to struggle on occasion, sometimes for weeks on end as you gradually creep closer.
